Vehicle Insurance & Liability Disclaimer

At Showroom Auto Detailing, we take pride in the care we provide for every vehicle. To protect both our clients and our business, the following conditions apply to all vehicles left in our care:

1. Insurance Requirement

All vehicles must be insured by the owner under a valid and current policy (comprehensive or third-party property). Proof of insurance may be requested before service begins.

2. Liability Waiver

By leaving your vehicle with us, you acknowledge and agree that Showroom Auto Detailing is not liable for any loss, damage, theft, or deterioration of the vehicle or its contents while in our possession, unless caused by direct, proven negligence.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Weather-related or environmental damage

• Theft, vandalism, or unauthorised access
  
• Mechanical or electrical failure
  
• Pre-existing or undocumented damage

Your vehicle remains your responsibility at all times unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Indemity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Showroom Auto Detailing and its staff from any claims, losses, or legal action related to your vehicle while in our care, unless resulting from clear, documented negligence.

4. Customer Agreement

By proceeding with a booking and leaving your vehicle with us, you confirm that:

• Your vehicle is currently insured
  
• You have read and understood this disclaimer
  
• You accept full responsibility for your vehicle while in our care
  
• You agree to these terms without exception
